What they do
- Bath & brush
- The clean-up visit — bath and brush-out, without the full haircut.
- Full grooming
- The works. A full bathing staff handles the smallest dogs to the largest.
- Pet haircut
- A tidy trim or a whole new look — tell them what you want.
- Cat lion cuts
- Long-haired cats included. One regular brings her cat in every six months.
Extra touches show up in their photos: bandanas after the groom, bows, and safe color tints in pink or blue.
Bring the nervous ones
By the owner's own account, this is the shop for pets that need extra patience:
- Senior dogs
- Dogs who bite from fear
- Dogs with disabilities
- First-time grooms
Fearful is fine; truly aggressive dogs are the one thing they don't take. During the groom, Manny keeps you posted on how it's going.
The punch card is real
Regulars carry a paper card: your 5th groom and your 10th earn a discount. It's the kind of loyalty program a shop only keeps when the same dogs keep coming back.
